Mrs. Suzanne Colling
I graduated from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN receiving a BA in Elementary Education with licensure in Pre-K and Grades 1-6. I began teaching at Saint John’s in 1993 in Wee Angels Preschool. I live in Jordan with my husband Tom who grew up in this town and parish.
My children, Anne, Ted, and Leo all graduated from Saint John's. We are proud to be part of St. John the Baptist’s parish and school community. I love to read, visit with friends, and spend time with my family. I am a sports fan, too. Of course, Saint John’s Saints are my favorites.
What I love about teaching are the students’ “aha!” moments and cooperative learning opportunities. Witnessing students grow in their faith and become skilled at coaching one another at concepts that were once new to them especially makes me smile!
