Mrs. Kristin Stocker

My name is Kristin Stocker, and I am the Reading Interventionist and 5th grade Math teacher at St. John's. I grew up in Brookfield, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee. I attended Marquette University where I earned my B.A. degree in Sociology and a minor degree in Spanish. After working in special education for a few years, I enrolled at Mankato State University where I completed the coursework required to obtain a teaching license in Elementary Education.

I have been involved in some capacity in Catholic education for the past 24 years. In addition to teaching at St. John’s, I also taught at St. Michael Catholic School in Prior Lake and at Guardian Angels in Chaska. I truly value being able to help students grow academically, socially, and spiritually within the context of the Catholic faith.

My husband and I live in Jordan and have two daughters, both of whom attended Saint John's. In my free time, I enjoy reading, baking, traveling, hiking, and spending time with family. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you and enjoying a wonderful year with your children!
